This component is a solid cube made of metal, presenting a regular square block as a whole. Its surface has undergone fine processing, presenting a uniform cold gray tone and featuring a typical metal passivation layer or a soft matte texture after sandblasting treatment.
At the absolute center position of the top plane of the square, there is a precise circular through hole that runs through the entire thickness of the component. The diameter of this through hole is remarkable, and its inner wall shows a high degree of verticality and smoothness. It is obvious that it has undergone precise boring or grinding processes to ensure minimal friction and precise fit. Around this central hole and at the four quadrant points on the top plane, four circular small holes with exactly the same diameter are precisely and symmetrically distributed in the position of absolute orthogonal projection. These small holes also have clean edges and vertical inner walls, and their purpose is clearly aimed at high-precision positioning or fixed connections.
All the outer edge edges of the entire component are processed to be straight, sharp and distinct. There are no chamfers, missing corners or burrs at the turning points, demonstrating excellent manufacturing consistency. The right angles where the top plane intersects the side are clear and distinct, and the opening edges of all holes (including the central large hole and the small holes at the four corners) are neatly trimmed.
